The video game Fortnite has brought back the original maps, vehicles, and items. Epic Games has decided to bring back the Fortnite maps and items from 5 years ago. At the end of the last Fortnite Season a time machine sent players back to 2018 and the game’s maps will progress through seasons 5-9 over the course of 4 weeks. As of writing this, the Fortnite map is currently in the season 7 phase. The map is shown in the carousel.

Original vehicles are back. Drift boards, golf carts, quad-crashers and shopping carts have been added back to the game. As the map changes, more vehicles like the airplanes, cannons and jetpacks will be added in.

Fortnite has brought back many of the original loot items. Fortnite players are happy that the original items have not been made worse or “nerfed”. Fan favorites like the hunting rifle, Chug-Jug, R.P.G, and S.C.A.R have been added back.

Since 2018 Fortnite has made a lot of changes. These changes had a substantial effect on gameplay. Sprinting, mantling and produce boxes have been kept in the game. Features like augments, fishing and swimming have been omitted.
