Fortnite Season OG POIs

Fortnite is a battle royal game that was released in 2017 where 100 people land on an island and fight until there is only one person left. This game has now reached 44.7 million players which is the highest amount of players simultaneously playing one game all at once. Fortnite has an icon map that is always changing after each of its season which last about three months. At the end of Fortnite's tenth season, they destroyed their old map giving us a new one, and because everyone was getting tired of the original map. After a while with the new maps and changes most of all Fortnite players wanted the old map back and for years, they would ask for it back. Finally, on November 3 2023 Fortnite added their original map back causing their player count to skyrocket because everyone old and new wanted that nostalgic feeling the old map gave off.

Risky Reels Chests: 12, Ammo crates: 6, Floor Loot: 32

Risky Reels is a popular drive-in movie theatre where many Fortnite live events have taken place. Risky has been a part of the Fortnite map for a long time moving from the top right to the very center through Fortnite’s history. While Risky might not have many chests, it has lots of cars and wooden fences that are all very good for farming materials in the early game. Having this quality makes Risky a very popular drop spot on the map.

Tilted Towers Chests: 41, Ammo Crates: 59, Floor Loot: 159

Tilted Towers was originally added to the game on January 18, 2018, and stayed in the game until may 4, 2019 when it turned into neo-tilted. After that, there were a few different pois put in its place, such as neo tilted, Gotham City, and salty towers. On November 3 2023 it finally came back with Fortnite og and is once again the most popular drop on the map.

Salty Springs Chests: 13, Ammo Crates: 16, Floor Loot: 45

Salty Springs has had very few changes in Fortnite history. It was left untouched from when it was added on September 12th, 2017 to December 20, 2020, when it turned into salty towers. It returned with Fortnite OG on November 3, 2023. Now, it is a fan-favorite drop location on this new map.

Pleasant Park Chests: 17, Ammo Crates: 17, Floor Loot: 67

Pleasant Park was introduced with the launch of the game, and had almost no changes to it until it was removed on September 13, 2021. Finally, it came back with the og map on November 3, 2023. It is now back to being one of the most heavily populated places on the map.

Lucky Landing Chests: 12, Ammo Crates: 11, Floor Loot: 53

Lucky Landing is a Rather far away drop from other POIs the only other close ones are Paradise and Fatal. This makes Lucky a drop with less competition and is rather safe. Lucky also is very rich in resources such as lots of cars and giant trees. Lucky Is another place where you should land if you want to play it safe and go for the win.

Retail Row Chests: 21, Ammo Crates: 30, Floor Loot: 76

Retail row was originally added to the game in season 1 and at the end of the season 8 retail was hit by a meteor and half of it was destroyed. It was later turned into the Mega Mall in season 9 but by request of the players the original Retail was brought back in season X.

Loot Lake Chests: 32, Ammo Crates: 12, Floor Loot: 79

Loot Lake is one of the most changed poi in Fortnite being changed in seasons 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 Loot Lake consists of an iconic giant lake with a great mansion in the center and two big factories to the left of it. Right behind the lake on the shore is a more modern-looking house that is referred to as “Modern”.

Paradise Palms Chests: 25, Ammo Crates: 51, Floor Loot: 87

Paradise Palms is a giant resort that stretches across a desert at the bottom right of the map. Paradise is full of chests and big buildings to loot up. Paradise Palms is also one of the most common spots to find a golf cart for rotations. There are also lots of small gas stations and little villages that surround it and are all filled with loot.

Snobby Shores Chests: 11, Ammo Crates: 21, Floor Loot: 79

Snobby Shores is a rather small Poi but to make up for the lack of chests there are lots of good rotations that come of of it for example Tilted Towers, Pleasant Parks, and Greasy Grove. This makes Snobby a good place to land if you want to play it safe and go for the win. This is also the place where the Fortnite World Cup champion landed in his tournament.

Flush Factory Chests: 10, Ammo Crates: 7, Floor Loot: 39

Flush Factory is very far away from all activity and has had almost no changes over the years. It has a very low population and not very much loot, however, this is a great place to land if you want a slow-paced game in solos or duos.
